This Privacy Policy describes personal-data processing through argosconsulting.net under the GDPR, Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, the LSSI-CE and other applicable rules.
2. Data we may process
- Identity and contact data: name, email and telephone when supplied.
- Professional and enquiry data: organisation, market, service of interest and message/project information.
- Technical and security data: IP address, request metadata and Google reCAPTCHA-related data when enabled.
- Navigation and measurement data: when analytics consent is granted, Google Analytics 4 may process pages, events, interactions, referral URL and technical browser/device information.
- Consent data: CookieYes may record the user choice, accepted/rejected categories, a consent identifier and technical information needed to remember and evidence the preference.
3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Google Analytics, Site Kit and CookieYes
The website uses Google Site Kit to integrate Google services, including Google Analytics 4 when connected, and CookieYes as the consent-management platform. Analytics is optional and is controlled according to the user’s cookie preference and the consent configuration of the site.
Users may reject non-essential cookies without losing access to the website and may later change or withdraw their choice using “Cookie settings”.
5. Required data
Fields marked as required are necessary to process a contact request. Analytics cookies are optional.
6. Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to respond and follow up. If a contractual relationship arises, relevant data is retained for that relationship and for applicable statutory periods afterwards. Cookie preferences are retained for the period configured in CookieYes. Analytics retention depends on the Google Analytics property configuration.
7. Recipients and providers
Personal data is not sold. Service providers may process data where necessary for hosting, email, support, security, analytics and consent management. Relevant services include:

- Google reCAPTCHA v3: automated-abuse and form-security assessment when configured.
- OpenStreetMap / OpenStreetMap Foundation: map requests may transmit IP and browser technical data.
- Google Fonts: where fonts are delivered from Google infrastructure, technical requests may transmit IP and basic browser information.
8. International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside the EEA. Applicable transfer safeguards may include adequacy decisions, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where relevant and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. reCAPTCHA assessment
Google reCAPTCHA v3 may assign a risk score to a form interaction. ARGOS uses it only as a security control for suspicious or automated submissions and not for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
10. Rights
Where applicable, you may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by contacting argosespana@argosconsulting.net. Cookie consent can also be withdrawn through “Cookie settings”.
You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
11. Security
ARGOS applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
12. Third-party data and accuracy
Anyone providing another person’s data must have an adequate lawful basis and provide any information required by law. Users are responsible for submitted data being accurate and current.
13. Changes
ARGOS may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, regulatory, technical or functional changes. The current version is the one published on this page.
