Argos Chile has vast experience in organising international business meetings. Over the past few years, it has been responsible for organise different foreign business meetings, especially American and European, taking place in our country, in order to explore new markets in Latin America and using Chile as the country entering this market. In this context, we have organised many meetings with groups of Chilean investors in a wide range of areas including food, construction, industry, engineering, non-conventional renewable energies, etc. Argos Chile has a large database and number of contacts with Chilean investors that it has contacted for different meetings, achieving quality agendas. This experience with foreign businessmen allowed it to acquire knowledge on strong and weak points generally presented by this type of meetings. What it matters is to identify the client's interests and the specific things that might bring interest to Chilean investors in order to create a real business opportunity to be formalised between both parties.

It is important to mention that, in addition to the commercial experience mentioned above in Argos, we were responsible for organising the Hispanic/Chilean meeting on behalf of the Navarre Chamber of Commerce, which is celebrated every year in Santiago de Chile in November. In said meeting, attended by over 200 Spanish businessmen from many different business areas, we were responsible for organising the event and especially for scheduling meetings with over 40 businessmen at the same time. ARGOS has been present in the USA since 1996, first under the name Kreinyck & Associates and more recently as Palmateer Consulting. It has professionals with excellent knowledge of the wine sector in the USA and Canada, business customs and extensive experience in consulting and marketing. The ARGOS Germany/Switzerland office is located in the centre of one of the most important industrial and commercial parks in Germany, between Frankfurt and Stuttgart and 300 km from Switzerland. Since 1994, it has been focused on foreign trade counselling and since 2002 it has formed a part of the ARGOS network as one of its founder offices. It has cooperated with private institutions and companies making the German and Swiss markets transparent, introducing Spanish and Latin American companies, developing commercial and key account management strategies, searching for investments, developing end performing events, preparing fairs, organising conferences and/or sales point promotions, etc. It has always worked simultaneously in many different sectors although it is specialised in food and wine due to demand, holiday and social welfare housing and general construction, metal and industry sector, furniture, footwear and tourism. Renewable energies are also important due to the particular commitment of these markets to protecting the environment. This is one of the ambitions of Matthias Winkler, director of ARGOS Germany/Switzerland, who was one of the founders of the Green Hope NGO in particular, to save the forest in Ecuador through the sustainable marketing of local products. The ARGOS office in Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg is comprised of three international relations technicians and other staff. This office already operates full time and has 20 years' experience in these markets. It is located right in the international business centre of the European Union's capital, Brussels, and supplies services to Spanish and foreign companies and institutions to satisfy their needs in these markets, and from these markets to the rest of the world.

The Director of the Office started working for the Murcia Regional Government and is one of its oldest offices; he then presented the office network to the Asturias Regional Government, which he led to work for this typically industrial region. He also encouraged the idea of creating ARGOS and its first Chairman. He set up an office in Sweden to provide services to Spanish companies in Nordic Companies. He then obtained the commercial Office of the La Rioja and Navarre regions for Belgian, Dutch and Luxembourg markets. Finally, as we can see, this office has vast experience in different sectors due to the regions with which it cooperates, offering services to hundreds of companies: consumer goods (wine, food, furniture, construction materials, etc.), industrial goods (metal, industrial subcontracting sector, etc.), services, transport and logistics, tourism, etc.
